Write to support@waryong2.com. Please include your account name, character name and server, and describe the problem (a screenshot or video helps).
In the app: open the System menu (gear icon) and tap Contact.
Report or block a player
- Report: in the whisper (PM) window press Block and choose Block and report (the player is blocked, and your latest whispers with that player, both theirs and yours, go to our game masters), or tap the player and press Report in the target window (opens an e-mail). You can also write to support@waryong2.com.
- Block: press Block in the whisper (PM) window, or open the Messenger (friends) window and press the Block Player button.
Delete your account
On the login screen, tap Delete My Account below the login panel and send the request. Your account and characters are deleted within 30 days. You can also send the request to support@waryong2.com from the e-mail address of your account.
